- Unopened Items: Returns are accepted for unopened items in their original condition.
- Opened Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products, sale items, or gift cards.

Q: How soon should I request a return?
A: Return requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days.
Q: Can I return an opened product?
A: No. Due to hygiene concerns, opened or used items are not eligible for return. Only sealed and unused products qualify.
Q: I received a free gift. What if I return my order?
A: If returning an item that came with a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned. If not, its value may be deducted from your refund.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product was defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping—in which case we will cover the return shipping.
